About the PATH Project
PATH: Equitable Adaptation Pathways for Climate Mobilities is a collaborative research initiative focused on advancing climate adaptation that centers the voices and experiences of those most impacted by housing precarity and environmental change.
We work across diverse urban and rural contexts to co-develop inclusive adaptation strategies with communities navigating displacement, migration, and climate risk. Grounded in participatory and arts-based methods, our project foregrounds lived experience and local knowledge as vital sources of insight for adaptation planning.
The PATH project is supported by a global network of collaborators spanning Canada, South Africa, Nepal, and the United Kingdom. Our team includes researchers, community organizations, and urban planners committed to knowledge co-production and creative approaches to adaptation that are socially just, locally meaningful, and globally relevant/
